Over the last 32 years we have had 22 dogs, the majority of which have been to a groomer at one time or another in NYC, East Hampton NY, Tokyo, London and Gloucestershire. Many have been good groomers and they tended to be good businesses. My wife and I were discussing Clara and her team the other day and both agreed that they are the only ones, we believe, whose approach started with the welfare of the dog and they have always shown genuine interest in them which to us, is such a key part of the process.
