Here’s a few of our reviews from October 2025, we hope you enjoy reading them as much as we do….

The team at My Best Friend in Cirencester always do a fantastic job of caring for our dog, Monty. He comes back looking handsome, smelling fantastic and a happy pup. Earlier today, he went in wearing a cone (cleared by the vets) and with special instructions regarding his ears,  he was perfect groomed and looked after well. Just what was needed! Thanks guys 🙂 – Ross M

By far and away, the best groomers around. I’ve used a number of dog grooming services over the years, and the team at My Best Friend are outstanding. Friendly, caring, professional, hugely knowledgeable, absolutely besotted with dogs and treats each one as an individual – which is just what you want your best friend’s groomers to be. Can’t praise them enough. Thank you! – Candie P

Our Sausage Dogs first sonic plaque removal appointment.. He pottered back to us very relaxed and especially enjoyed choosing two treats from the conveniently located low shelves! We highly recommend My Best Friend. – Karen S

Max, my English Springer Spaniel, always enjoys having a trim here, as they treat him like their own dog. – Harry R

My 4 and half year old Collie Cross had been loosing fur. The manager/Owner was incredibly knowledgeable took the time to go through my dogs diet identified some issues and made recommendations. No pressure no hard sell just good information some surprising resolutions for the problem would recommend and I’m am now a regular customer. – Marc B

Another great groom for Monty from My Best Friend Groomers in Cirencester. He always comes out looking so fresh, smells amazing and looks 10 years younger! Monty unfortunately doesn’t  like the hair dryer but the girls look after him so well, thank you x. – Wendy A

We take Belle to My Best Friend Cirencester regularly and would not go anywhere else. My Best Friend are simply the best Hannah did her groom today and she came out looking and smelling lovely. Belle can be a bit nervous but because they make such a fuss of her she settles well. Thank you again all at My Best Friend and see you soon. – Liz F

Great results and super-efficient service. It makes such a difference when someone really looks at your dog and thinks about the most flattering clip. – Victoria S
