Being the parents of 3 dogs we know just how expensive it can be but of course we always want to give them the best possible care. The cost of food, grooming, treats, medication and vets bills all mount up.

The ease the burden in December 2025 we launched a customer loyalty scheme. This enables our customers to earn points when they spend pounds either in the grooming salon or our fabulous doggy store.

Dog Grooming & Pet Shop Loyalty Scheme

Our scheme is very simple, every time you spend £5 you get a 1point, get 20 points and receive a £5 discount of any purchase in the shop or grooming salon.

All you need to do is pop your mobile number in before you complete a transaction and we do the rest.

This equates to £5 off every 2nd or 3rd groom for our clients that use us on a regular basis and a 5% discount for every £100 spent in the shop.
