Luna was an regular client of Hair Necessities before we took over the salon and continued under My Best Friend Dog Grooming.

“Millie gave my Shih-tzu a beautiful hair cut recently, so pleased with how she looks. I would recommend this dog groomers to everyone, they are always so kind and Clara always cuts my dogs hair beautifully too, she is so kind and patient with my dog when she has her nails cut because she has a lot of past trauma related to having her nails cut. Loki is a medium, short haired cross breed. His Dad is a Pekingese and Mum is a Staffy/Westie cross.

“Today was Loki’s first time at a groomer’s, and I was a little worried about how he would be. But I didn’t need to, the girls were fantastic with him. They gave him lots of fuss and cuddles when he arrived. When I went back to pick him up they said he’d been really good, but needed reassurance, and wasn’t a fan of having his bum dried with the dryer! They had managed to file his nails with the electric file and they were nice and short and not sharp. He smelt gorgeous, was so soft and looked super cute in his Christmas bandana. He was thoroughly spoilt and I have no hesitation in taking him back there . 5 star service.” – Nikki B

We love Poodles! Whilst Poodle crosses such as Cockapoos, Labradoodles and Cavapoos are all wonderfull dogs a pure-bred Poodle cannot be beaten. We are a little biased being the proud owners of 2 Miniature Poodles ourselves,

Daisy is a very outgoing Cavapoo which is a mix of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Miniature Poodle. This mix is generally a bit calmer than a Cockapoo and make wonderful companions but do require regular grooming. We recommend every 6 to 8 weeks.

“3rd time taking my dog to the Cirencester salon and she always comes out smelling beautiful and looking lovely. They do a great job and Daisy really enjoys having her hair done there.” – Joanne P
