Monty is a Cocker Spaniel and this was his 2nd visit to My Best Friend in Langford. He’s such a sweet boy and his Mum likes to keep his top-knot!

Bella is an older Border Terrier who has been coming to us for over 6 years. We give her a good trim and tidy and also brush her teeth using the Emmi Pet tooth brush.

Alex W was one of our very first customers. He used to bring his Golden Retriever named Benson who sadly passed away but the baton has now been passed to Tony.

“Peanut always looks super smart when she comes away. The staff are super friendly and you can tell that they really enjoy what they do. Initially Peanut was very shaky and nervous but working her way through introductory puppy grooms and now her full big girl grooms she now loves it especially seeing Molly 😍 I would highly recommend.” – Kirstie G

Peanut is a lovely Yorkshire Terrier crossed with a Jack Russell who comes for her regular visits every 12 weeks.

Tommy is a Working Cocker Spaniel and although he’s now getting on a bit can still be found out on shoots doing what Spaniels do best – flushing birds!

“Amazing +++++ as allways my dogs are well look after plus they are allowed to have a little bit of freedom in between their groom to stretch their legs and the only place that I’ve found on the grid that cuts banes lions mane outstanding ++++++++ and staff are always great with my dogs and me :-)” – Claire K

Willow and Bane are 2 Toy Poodles. Claire likes them in what is know as a “Miami Trim” This takes great skill and our groomers love doing something a little bit different.

“We have just moved into the area and were looking for a groomer for our Border Terrier. We read the reviews and booked in for a full groom. What a terrific job! Molly looked after Flossie our Border with such kindness. The quality of the groom was excellent – the best she has ever had. We will be back!” – Malcolm A

Border Terriers are regular visitors to My Best Friend. Although originally bred to work alongside Fox Hounds they make wonderful pets.

“I can 100% recommend my best friend grooming, nearly a year I have been taking my girl every 8 weeks and every-time I pick her up she looks amazing!! She honestly goes in such a mess being wired haired but comes out so fresh, clean and trimmed! Everything is done with love and care, so easy to book appointments and get the time right for you….. thank you Molly!!”  – Josie A

Willow is a Standard Wire Haired Dachshund. This breed is traditionally hand-stripped although as Willow has been spayed she now gets clipped.
